The following data will be permanently removed from our systems
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number, address)
- Study progress and practice session history
- Mock exam results and performance analytics
- AI Tutor conversation history
- Active subscriptions and access to study materials
- Notification preferences and trusted devices
Data That Will Be Retained
Some data must be retained for legal and regulatory compliance
- Payment records - Retained for 10 years (Philippine tax regulations)
- Exam enrollment records - Retained permanently for certification verification with NIAT
- Referral commission records - Retained for tax and audit purposes
Retained data will be anonymized where possible and used only for legal compliance purposes.
